Tankersley Praise & Prayer Update View this email in your browser Coming to Illinois in July We never like to hear that a team has to cancel, but we trust that God has orchestrated all for His glory. Due to the cancellation of our July evangelism team, our schedule opened up for a 5 week mini home-assignment to the USA. We are looking forward to seeing family and friends, attending MFM staff meetings and sharing in several churches about what God is doing in Colombia.  Our tentative schedule is: July 7 - Arrive in Illinois July 10 - Upper Room Bible Church - Paxton July 16 - Cindy's Mom's 70th Birthday Celebration July 24 - Gibson City Bible Church July 31 - Gibson City United Methodist Church 8:45 & 11:00 August 1 & 2 - Men for Missions Staff meetings - Greenwood August 7 - Available to speak in your church August 11 - Return to Medellín Please pray for our time of travel.  Pray that we can raise up ministry teams for 2017 and support for ministries in Colombia.  We hope to see you in July and August.  The month of June is a very busy month for OMS. The international conference will be June 23 - 26.  All are welcome to attend. Please click the picture above for more information. Our president, Bob Fetherlin, will share the faith filled vision for the next 10 years of asking God to enable us to give 1 billion people one opportunity to hear, understand and believe the Good News of Jesus Christ. Many of our OMS leaders from all over the world will be meeting June 16 - 23. Please remember to pray for OMS during the month of June.  Satura (Saturation) Colombia is another OMS partner here in Colombia.  We have worked alongside them with our evangelism teams but plans are being made to work more closely as we seek to send teams outside of Medellin and eventually outside of Colombia with Colombian Men For Mission teams.  Our goal for 2017 is to have 10 evangelism teams from USA/Canada.  Please pray how you and your church can help supply this need.     We are so thankful to have sent a few brief days with these two gems.  They both had time off from work and we all needed some time to rest.  Nothing like being on US "sandy" soil, breathing fresh ocean air, and sharing quality, uninterrupted time with family to refresh the weary.  Unfortunately, Jonathan was unable to get off of work.  Please remember to pray for our family.  1.
