"But we your people, the sheep of your pasture, will give thanks to you forever; from generation to generation we will recount your praise." Psalm 79:13 ESV
Men for Missions is grateful for God's faithfulness to utilize laymen in His work through One Mission Society (OMS). As we celebrate what God has done these past 70 years, we're committed to seeking God, asking Him to use the ministry of Men for Missions to support the vision of OMS which is to make disciples of Jesus Christ and multiplying dynamic communities of believers around the world. In a continued effort to engage the one to reach the many, God is calling MFM to a new initiative: The Circle of Saturation.
The Circle of Saturation is a 5-year MFM Global initiative beginning in 2024 to saturate parts of the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Beginning in Mexico's Circle of Silence, MFM will come alongside OMS partners with short-term teams in word and deed to evangelize communities, support the local church and train OMS partners to multiply evangelism efforts in their respective countries.
The Circle of Saturation will be intentionally undergirded (saturated) with prayer as MFM incorporates an intercession prayer initiative through:
MFM National Directors and Global Prayer Ambassadors
MFM Staff and Associate Staff Members
MFM Cabinet Members
MFM Short-term Team Leaders and Members
MFM Council Groups
MFM Prayer Warriors like you
The Circle of Saturation has five main responsibilities:
Saturate communities with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Support OMS ministries, missionaries, denominations and partners.
Assist in training the local church to multiply their evangelism efforts to reach their own communities.
Provide opportunities to identify potential missionary candidates for 125 by 125.
Grow OMS/MFM constituents while building relationships.
In 2024, MFM will continue to serve alongside Satura Colombia by sending teams to help saturate Colombia with the gospel which began in 2012 resulting in 49 teams, 396 team members and nearly 18,000 decisions for Christ. God is FAITHFUL!
MFM will also send teams in 2024 into the Circle of Silence in Mexico. This area consists of 8 states containing 28 million people with a less than 1% evangelical witness for Christ. Last September, MFM sent their first evangelism team to the state of Michoacán and many opened their doors to hear about Jesus, the Hope of the world. It was far from silent, when the angels in heaven rejoiced over 210 people that accepted Jesus as their savior that week.
God is faithful to touch hearts, open doors and transform lives yesterday, today and tomorrow. MFM will be faithful to go where the harvest is ripe and help bring in the harvest. As we look back at God's faithfulness to MFM, we can see a beautiful masterpiece that God has created. We get a small glimpse of how big God is in all of it and how small we are, and yet we're completely overwhelmed by the incredible privilege we have to be a part of doing, going and giving in His glorious kingdom work.
We're asking that you will pause right now and pray for this new global initiative. Ask God how he wants you to get involved. Will you commit to pray for the Circle of Saturation in 2024? Will you consider going on an evangelism team? Will you help us recruit team members?
We're eagerly awaiting with great expectation to see all that God will do through the Circle of Saturation, because He is faithful!
Blessings, Doug & Cindy
Happy 60th Birthday, Douglas! Cuba

MFM USA Cabinet Meetings Niceville, Florida
The MFM USA Cabinet met for meetings and the kickoff to celebrate 70 years of MFM. Our host was Crosspoint Church and they showered us with blessing on top of blessing. We're grateful for these dear friends who support the ministry of MFM. We also welcomed three new cabinet members this year. We're grateful for their leadership and friendship.
MFM Staff Meetings/Work Team Avon Park, Florida (We were missing a few good friends)
Avon Park Holiness camp has been a long time supporter of One Mission Society, so when we had an opportunity to come alongside them to help them prepare for camp meetings, we didn't hesitate to hold our annual staff meetings at Avon Park.
We used 25+ gallons of paint, shoveled tons of rock, trimmed bushes, pressure washed buildings and sidewalks and still had time to meet as a staff and enjoy an afternoon at the Highlands Hammock State Park. No matter what we do, it's always a joy to be together, and a privilege to serve with dear friends.
Please pray for Avon Park's 85th Camp Meeting beginning February 4-11.
Here's our current 2024 team list. Will you consider praying for each team? Please pray for team leaders and members, too! If you'd like more information, please click on the picture and it will take you to our website

May you be encouraged by how God is using the gifts, talents and resources of laymen around the world.
Now may the God of peace, who through the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, equip you with everything good for doing his will, and may he work in us what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen. Hebrews 13:20-21
Sandwiched between meetings in Ireland, North Ireland and Albania was a two-day respite in Scotland. This picture was taken from the kitchen sink window of precious friends who live in Glasgow. I (Cindy) love a window above the kitchen sink. It actually ranks quite high on the list of things that I want/need in my home. As I stood gazing at this spectacular view, I thought about the goodness of the great Shepherd and his love for his sheep and I was overwhelmed with a heart bursting of thankfulness for all he has done for us, our family and our ministry. Our brief visit with the Andersons was a gift from the God of peace that was overflowing with encouragement. We're beyond grateful for their generous hospitatlity!
Doug leaves for Cuba on Saturday, December 2 with a team to paint a Nazarene church, as well as meet with groups of Cuban men to discuss starting Men for Missions and future team needs for 2024. Please pray for the team and the future of MFM in Cuba.
We are grateful for your prayer support this Fall as we traveled to 6 countries and 3 states leading teams, preparing for future teams and growing relationships with our global MFM partners.
May you have a wonderful advent season of Christmas and a joyous celebration of the hope that we have in Jesus Christ.
Blessings, Doug and Cindy
United Kingdom Meetings
We had great meetings in North Ireland with Alan Russell, the director of MFM-United Kingdom and enjoyed some wonderful meals prepared by his wife, Liz. It was also great for Doug to attend the MFM UK Cabinet meetings in person rather than via Zoom. Please pray for this group as they prepare for ministry opportunities in 2024.
Scotland
What a great privilege is was to be a few of the hundreds of missionaries Bill and Lillias have hosted in their home. Bill currently serves as OMS Global Board President and has served with Men For Missions for more than 40 years. We are grateful for their leadership and constant encouragement to us. They are both quite the historians, too. So among the sweet time of fellowship, we also learned a great deal about Scotland.
We had a wonderful time with Des Quinn, the MFM representative in Scotland, and Mike Miner, the MFM regional director from Oregon and his wife, Ann.
Albania - Beginning MFM
While we were in Europe, we had the blessing of returning to Albania to reconnect with those that we met with last year. Pictured here could be some of the founders of MFM Albania. This group was so excited to accept the challenge to Do, Go and Give in total obedience to Jesus Christ. Many of them will be part of the international MFM team serving in Spain in April 2024. Please pray for Lando, the new MFM representative in Albania, as well as for confirmation and provisions for those willing to GO!
Canada Celebrates 50 Years of MFM
Pictured here are the Men For Missions Canada Cabinet members. We had great meetings and wonderful fellowship as we gathered near Vancouver to celebrate 50 years of MFM Canada. Some of these guys just returned from a week in Colombia where they did some major concrete work at the seminary in Medellin. We are grateful for the MFM Canada team and look forward to some of them serving on the international team to Spain! Pray for Kyle Martin, the new MFM director of Canada.
1. Pray for Doug and team as they serve in Cuba December 2-9.
2. Praise the Lord for great travel this Fall to 6 countries and 3 states.
3. Pray for Men For Missions UK, Albania, Canada, United States and Cuba.
4. Please pray as we prepare and plan for upcoming USA cabinet meetings and staff meetings in January.
5. Praise the Lord for 44 MFM teams to 13 countries with 330 people this year and for many first time team members.
