August 2025 Dear Prayer Warriors, Matthew 9:37-38 Then he said to his disciples, "The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field." The Circle of Silence in Mexico is an area that OMS and MFM has been called to saturate with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We do that by sending evangelism teams to partner with a local church. MFM is in great need of team members. This trip to Morelia was close to being cancelled until MFM staff committed to stepping into 4 team member spots.  God is softening hearts in the area of the Circle of Silence where this people group prides themselves on being, "the ones that haven't been conquered." There are 9 churches in this area that are ready and waiting for an evangelism team to come and serve alongside them to reach their community for Christ.  As we prepare for 2026 teams, will you join us in asking the Lord of the Harvest to send more workers to serve in Mexico and around the world. We are so thankful for your willingness to come alongside us in ministry. When you pray for us, support our ministry and invest in people, you help fuel kingdom work. We couldn't do it without you. We've seen many beautiful sunsets but this one felt as if we were a part of it. It was so encompassing. (No filters) We enjoyed precious time with our kids and grandkids. We returned to Greenwood refreshed and renewed. We're so thankful for God's provision for rest.  1. Praise the Lord for his sustainability during the month of June. Tankersley Praise & Prayer Update View this email in your browser June 2025 Dear Prayer Warriors, In our 38 years of marriage, we've packed and unpacked 22 times—across 3 states (FL, TN, IL) and 3 countries (Ecuador, Costa Rica, Colombia). And just recently, we made move #23—this time to Greenwood, Indiana, home of One Mission Society World Headquarters. These past two months have truly been a whirlwind. We've been on a waiting list for campus housing at OMS since last June, specifically hoping for a ranch-style home. After several months without any availability, we were offered a duplex as a temporary option. Trusting in God's timing, we accepted and immediately listed our home in Peoria. Within two days, we had 14 showings and 4 offers, launching us into a fast-paced season of downsizing, packing, moving and settling into our new home. Looking back, we're deeply aware of how perfectly God provides—often in ways we couldn't have imagined. We're incredibly grateful for His faithfulness and for bringing us to a community where we're excited to serve and grow. There's ample guest housing here on campus, and we would love to welcome you for a visit—to OMS, and to the beauty and hospitality of Greenwood, Indiana. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, for your continued love, support, and especially your prayers. We couldn't do this without you—and we're so thankful we don't have to. Blessings, Doug & Cindy Albania Team 2025 You may remember praying for our multinational team to Spain last April. There were several Albanians on that team that crossed their border for the first time.  Last month, Lando, MFM Albania Regional Representative, returned to Spain to lead his first MFM short-term mission team. They worked at the OMS camp, but also had opportunities to evangelize in the areas outside the camp.   Please pray our June schedule: 1. June 6-7 David, Erin and the boys will be visiting for the first time since our move.  2. June 8-14 MFM work team of 7 from Pennsylvania to assist OMS maintenance with projects on campus. 3.  June 13-15 Cindy will be in Canada speaking at a ladies event on War Room Prayer. 4. June 16-21 Missionaries from all over the world are here for annual meetings. We have the privilege of hosting Darryl & Kelly Chambers, our dear friends from Ecuador. 5. June 19-22 MFM US Cabinet meetings. Cindy will be leading the ladies time of devotion, prayer and activities. 6. June 22 Gibson City Bible Church, our sending church, celebrates 75 years with a special service. 7.  June 23-25 OMS Global Board meeting. Doug now serves on the board of directors. SHEEP SHEEP is a child sponsorship ministry of OMS, assisting children in Port au Prince, Haiti. Jonathan and Angelique live about 25 minutes from our new home and are expecting their first child (a girl) in September. God is so GOOD! Rejoice with us! 1. Pray for stamina and God honoring energy during June meetings & gatherings. 2. Pray for our new staff and future MFM staff members.  3. Pray for our summer intern, Colby, as she serves in MFM. It's such a joy to get to know the next generation of servants and their excitement to serve Jesus.  4. Praise the Lord that we are settled and finding our new routine. 5.
